I just got a new macbook pro and picked up my old one from the service center and they'd replaced the entire motherboard. Now I've got 2 awesome laptops, so don't have to lug one to school everyday. WAHOO!

I'm happy tomorrow is the death of the stupid little election trucks. Getting woken up at 6:30 every morning has been killing me!! Having tomorrow off is really fantastic as well.

Awesome! North America is great to return to. Be it NYC, Vancouver, San Francisco or wherever!

I found a bunch of fossils with my mom's paleontology group today. There's a great spot in St. Clair in Pennsylvania where we felt bad walking, because we crushed many great specimens, that's how plentiful they were. Someone needs to invent cheap hover technology for our hand trucks!

We're back in NYC now and cleaning them off with little brushes and bread knives. I've got loads of fern imprints and a few broader leaves that I'll have to look up online. WAHOO!
