Hello

I am happy to inform New Zealand people living in Korea about the Junior Kiwi Chamber. It is a great opportunity and a chance to do a lot while you live in Korea.

The Junior Kiwi Chamber is a social and development group for people in their 20's and 30's, living in Korea, with ties to New Zealand.

The Junior Kiwi Chamber organises social events, projects and seminars for its members.

It supports members and their career goals by giving them experience organising and managing projects, networking with members of the Kiwi Chamber of Commerce (New Zealand's leading business network in Korea) and teaches practical lessons on topics such as customs regulations, import requirements, and job hunting in Korea.

I recomend people go and visit our website: http://kiwichamber.com/?p=1380

We will be watching the NZ vs Slovakia game live on the 15th, so come along and meet us.

Feel free to email: [email protected]

And find us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=129015853781895&ref=ts
And Linked In: http://www.linkedin.com/groups?about=&gid=3091750&trk=anet_ug_grppro

Thank you for your time

I know nothing about this group and probably won't be joining, but you are an idiot if you think this is xenophobia. Ethnic, cultural or national groups create organizations all the time. I'm sure you wouldn't take offense to Jewish, Senegalese, Indians, amateur dart enthusiast, whatever joining a special, super secret club.

...and yes, any groups that exclude others at any kind of gain offends me.

Why come to Korea (before OR after) if you're just going to look for copies of yourself?

I'm on a soccer team. We exclude others that can't play soccer. Are you offended?

You can learn to play soccer, you can't learn to be born in another country.

Every country has those (nationals-only) kinds of groups. I don't see the problem...

If you're going to debate, at least know what a fallacious argument is.

Oh my dear,

Every country present in Korean has a "Chamber", where like minded people (mostly business people) come together for a social/business event.

Nothing Xenophobic about that, just common sense.

Chambers also work together, mutual events, to share and do some decent networking.

Haha, give it up. There is a difference between groups that exclude certain people (freedom of assembly) and those that actively promote violence against other groups. If you can't see that, I feel really sorry for you.
