I'd like to get my hands on some of that "big league chew." You know that shredded bubble gum from when you were younger. Man that stuff was delish....haven't had in probably almost 20 years.

Well, with those useless replies out of the way, I'll say that your only reliable source for spit tobacco is a US Soldier. Otherwise it's very difficult to get and prohibitively expensive when you do.

(Korea never developed a taste for it.)

Not so hard to find in Itaewon. Foreign Food Mart and the small convenience shop across from the Hamilton on the same corner as Gecko's/below the Nescafe usually have a few varieties (certainly Skoal). Oh, and Red Door Store carries it as well. As mentioned, it's a bit pricey at 8-10k/tin.

If you're in Seoul, they have it on the second floor of the Hamilton Hotel or at the often talked about red door store down the street from Cold Stone Creamery. Both are in the Itaewon area. May be pricey, I don't know.

I've mailed both Skoal and those little pouchy things to Zippy in the past, no problem.

I got stopped and searched at Tokyo carrying a pouch of tobacco. Packs of cigarettes though no problem.

I guess they just associate it with Marijuana.

Can get the pouches at Foreign Food Mart too, thankfully.

For the sake of the OP, I hope he lives near Itaewon.
