# 1. Afterschool Jobs in Kangnam

- Location : Seoul

- Starting Date: ASAP

- Salary : 3.0 ~ 3.1 m won (Severance Pay : 2.7 M won)

- Working Hours : 12:00 am ~ 6:00 pm, Monday ~ Friday

- Student Type : Elementary School Students

- Vacation : 10 days + National Holidays

- Current Foreign Teacher : 1

* Open Exclusively to F2 Visa Holders

In a heart beat but I don't have an F2 visa so I don't know what's out there. Short hours high pay seems like a good deal to me.

High pay? If you factor in housing and travel compensation (which is a great perk even to a permanent denizen of Korea; a free round-trip vacation ticket every year is nice), this is actually similar, if not slightly less than the total compensation you could receive working for EPIK. And while there might be 2 fewer work hours per day, I wouldn't be at all surprised if you ended up with more total teaching time under this contract than you would with EPIK too, and you also get far fewer holidays (for example this year I get 49 days + national holidays off).
