I just picked one up for 200k on craigslist, and my buddy got one for 250k from craigslist.
I think I got a great deal, and he got a fair deal. 350k is way too high. |

well it's been almost a month and you still haven't sold.
I would suggest something in the 250-275k range. |

ive already had offers for much higher than that. im not in any hurry to sell it. so please stop suggesting |

that is what i said. ive had offers higher than 250k but would like to get what i think its worth. since im not in a hurry to sell, i dont need to take the first offer thrown at me.
sorry but im not knocking off 1/3 of the price just because its 4 1/2 months old |

And only a fool would pay more than 30% discount precisely because it is 4 1/2 months old.
Why, why do people expect such returns on these things? Anything could have happened to it, even if it is one day old.
Go new. Here in Korea, people disappear overnight...literally. There are no guarantees with used goods, but even less so here, where people tend to behave....differently. |
