Long story short:
Bought ipod touch 64g from a UK company
company shipped it from US, declared as a gift with value of $120
Korean customs have selected it for opening.
Korean customs maximum value before adding tax is $400 (this is the US website cost od ipod touch 64g)
What happens now, and how much may i have to pay? |

Most likely, customs will hold it until you give them a call asking about it. You'll need to fax them the recepit to see if the declared value matches the price you payed. Kind of SOL on the situation and will pay taxes. At least that's what happened to me when I had my camera shipped to me.
In my case, I had to pay 12% of the total cost for import, then I received my shipment |

What'll the cheapest country be to import a 4th gen iPod touch from come September when it's (presumably) released? I'm guessing America alright. |
