				| it's fairly easy to substitute.  I think you need 3 tablespoons of cocoa and one tablespoon of butter or oil. you can look it up on google. |  |

 Which one?  I scoured the one in Ilsan, and they only have sweetened.

 You can use cocoa powder, as UlsanChris said. Just use 3 tablespoons (20 grams) natural cocoa powder (not Dutch-processed) plus 1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter, vegetable oil or shortening.
