Driving through (icheon) 이천 last week I saw the coolest Korean I've ever seen.

This dude was a manual laborer of sorts..but he was totally badass. He had long hair (longer than me) about mid back..real mangy and totally badass. He also had those full civil war era general muttonchops...full ones bros...never seen anything like it here. He was wearing a sleeveless wifebeater and some Vietnam era jungle boots. I just stared in disbelief at his awesomeness (I'm totally serious by the way). I actually wanted to get out of the car and get a picture with him. I've never wanted to do that with any Korean.

I'm going to drive by that area again next week and I hope to find him. If I do..he'll be my new avatar...the real pride of 대한민국....not that fairy 박지성.

You see any cool looking Korean dudes lately?

Hair longer than you? I'm guessing you must be at least average height, so his hair must be a good 2 metres, and only to his BACK? I'm amazed at how tall this man is. Really should have gotten that photo =(

Korean words are best written in Korean script instead of clumsily written in the our alphabet. This is the Korea forum, everyone here should at least be able to sound those words out. The script takes a very short time to learn and is immediately applicable to our lives.

Don't be threatened.

There's this kind of awesome, kind of crazy guy who runs marathons. He has long hair and kind of looks like an old Indian (American) hippie). Maybe he actually is one...

There was also a woman at my gym who had a full body tan all year round. I guess that's not really badass, but I hate the obsession with the pale look here...

In the news I sometimes see a Korean who was born on a large mountain under rainbows and who has preserved half of Korea from long nosed white imperialist capitalists. Badass!

I saw this dude in hongdae with his hot girlfriend.. Shiny grey suit, pink tie, practically no shoulders and he's carrying his girlfriend's purse.

AWESOME

+1 I love his story of birth... and the prison suit that he wears.

Even the tiniest of facial hair on a Korean man makes me look twice. It looks sooo good, even if he's ugly, he looks good. Same with long hair.

It's just so uncommon, making it noteworthy.

My head will spin when I finally leave Korea and see all the different looking people!

I KNOW! What's up with that? I'm not into that look back home. But, when I see guys like that I want to talk to them and find out what makes them so unique.

Like that guy who's always selling his carvings in Insadong.

He got x2 cool points for being old and x3 cool points for riding a motorcycle

I saw a Korean guy on the bus the other day wearing a white t-shirt, white pants, white tennis shoes and the most bad-azz handlebar moustache ever.

Damn you got me dude....I guess I should have said mine. I think you should give up that whole "techno" ambient whatever music you make on your laptop and just stick to pwning dudes over grammar errors on Dave's ESL cafe. That's your true calling bro.
