My cat is a big fan of canned food. I give her a spoonful a few times a day, while her main diet is dry food. She has never been picky about what brand of wet food and she gobbles it up quickly. However, she has been turning her nose up at the Korean version of "Whiskas." It appears to be pieces of fish in some kind of fatty jelly and looks less than appetizing. Is there something available here that looks more like your typical Nine Lives, Friskies, or Fancy Feast from the U.S? If so, where can I find it? |

Yeah, my cats weren't too keen on that nasty Whiskas wet food either. You should be able to find Friskies at both Emart and HomePlus. They have tuna, salmon, and chicken. |

We order all of our cat food from GMarket...just get a Korean friend or co-worker to help you set up an account.
Also....by far the best litter is available at Costco...it's 12,000 won for a giant tub and it is great stuff. |

+1... Just be careful in the winter though... If your place gets humid (running your heat + no insulation or vapour barrier = moisture on the walls) My litter actually stopped clumping and I had to replace the whole jug...
(But for 12k it's not like I was out a lot of cash, LOL) |

Sometimes to get your cat to eat something you have to show the food tastes good by eating it yourself. |

This is what you want:

It's called Premium Royal (프리미엄 로얄) and it's like healthy crack for cats. You can get it on GMarket too. My cat recommends purple or pink. |

There is a pet supply shop east of Chungmuro on the main street (in Toegyero 4-ga). They sell tons of brands.
Our local Homeplus Express also has it. |

My cat eats the same thing. That stuff is expensive. We usually order two of the big bags and 3 or 4 things of kitty litter at the same time. GMarket is the way to go as you can get it at a pretty good price. The cat food is from France and the litter is from the US. |
