Sorry if the topic was already posted..but I cannot find it.
Does anyone know a site, Korean or English, that has the cellphone plans of all/any company(ies) in Korea?

| I will second this request...a Korean was trying to explain to me how it worked today and I did not understand it at all. An explanation of how the prepaid phone service(s) work would be nice as well. |
