Does anyone use KEB's online bill pay service?

I've used to let my school handle this stuff, but when I found out they had been late on a few payments I decided to take over.

Electricity/gas has been fine so far, but for some reason the program refuses to accept the GIRO number for my water bill. Any suggestions?

(edit: of course I can always take the bill to the bank, but I don't really understand what that machine says and I will probably mess something up some day)
