USA dominated most of the game vs. Algeria, but just couldn't find back of the goal (minus one more questionable referee call). That is, until Donovan finished off an amazing goal in the 91st minute!! Went from being eliminated to winning the group!!
Next up--knock out round vs 2nd place in group D |

Yeah I was happy about that, I like it when America does well in these things, when each and every Brit is slamming them - essentially, they beat England, and I hope they continue to do so.
I saw the post game interview with Donovan though, he was in tears, and here I was thinking Americans didn't care about soccer! w0w0w0w0w! |
