Has anyone actually contacted English service using the info from the website? I've had no success.

I dialed 106.
Then at the voice prompt I pressed 3.
At the next voice prompt I dialed 1.

Several tries and no English and a clueless customer service rep at the other end who seems incapable of connecting me to an English speaker.

Sorry, I don't know their number. Maybe they don't have English service at all times.

You must know a Korean-speaker who could help you. Or better yet, learn the Korean yourself and practice it. This is what learning Korean is good for.

I noticed on that page that one section says "Dial 106, then press 1," and then a different part says "Dial 106, then press 3, then 1," and, yeah, I did both, and got nothing. UGH.
