Hey guys I'm wondering if know if it's standard to pay a fee when you break a lease? My landlord wants to charge 400 for me to break my lease.
Is this usual? My landlord is also the realtor |

| Generally you have to pay the Budongsan (realtor) to find another person to take your place and that is usually around $300 to $400. |
