|
|
I have read online that foreigners can speak with English-speaking staff to get cell phones here (non-prepaid) and had some questions regarding it:
1) Would I be able to get a cell phone on the weekend or only during M-F business hours?
2) Is there a wide selection of phones? I have been to a few English-speaking cell phone places in Itaewon and the phones were prepaid and very low quality. I don't mind spending a little bit more on getting a better quality phone (one with a 5 MP camera and keyboard preferred).
3) Where exactly do you go once you get off the subway? Are there numerous locations for cell phone places or is there one main one? |

1) M-F business hours only
2) not a big selection. When I went there was the slide model they gave away for free when signing up for a contract and one other model (clamshell). The woman at the desk is very helpful tho and could probably arrange for a delivery.
3) look for the exit that says Korea Press Center |
