I am looking at a small school (possibly under 5 teachers) and I am worried about complications with pensions, medical, and labor disputes because of the school size. Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with schools that aren't bound by the same standards as larger ones? |

I never worked at a large Hagwon. Always myself and 1 or 2 other Korean teachers. Never had a problem in 12 years. |

Depends. Plus you don't need to make pension an issue. |

Why wouldn't pension be an issue? You get 2 weeks less pay than everyone else. |
