Well there aren't really "cheap" airlines in Asia, but there are smaller, supposedly discounted ones.
Japan - ANA (that's the only one I know of)
China - China Eastern & China Southern, but they seem to be equivalent to Air China's rates
Also - the discount ones in Korea are Jeju Air, Jin Air, Air Busan, and Eastar. |

japan airlines if you wanna fly from incheon to narita
ana if you wanna fly from gimpo to handea
also, some american airlines have cheap prices at a time. but you would have to book way in advance and they only depart from incheon to arrive in narita.
as for china. the airlines mentioned by the previous poster are the cheapest. ive found that south china air is much cheaper than the other ones. also, they are better than air china. air chinas quality is really bad.
sometimes you can score a cheap flight on hainan air too.
if you wanna check for cheap flights, there are two pages. interpark is really good for flights to japan (www.interpark.com) and gmarket offers you reasonable priced flights anywhere else in the world (http://www.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_reservation/realtime_air_search.asp?gdsc_cd=300013093&jaehuid=200002817).
however, for both sides you will need a log in and both sides are in korean. but they arent very difficult to handle.
have fun on your trips! |
