I'm looking for a roommate to move into a 2 bedroom apartment starting at the end of August/early September. The price range I'm looking for would be 20-30,000,000KRW Key Money and 2,000,000KRW (or less) Rent split between the two of us. THis means we would be living in a very nice, modern apartment complex. The location would probably be south of the river, near a shopping complex and/or a supermarket.

A little bit about myself: I'm a 25y/o New York guy and I'm fluent in Korean. I've been teaching English here for about 3 years now. I currently live near Gangnam station. I also own a dog so obviously you should be cool with animals. Dont worry, he's trained and wont pee in your room.

I have all the furniture for the living room (large leather couch that seats 4, 50" plasma, playstation, etc)

Smokers are not allowed, sorry. I do smoke the occasional cigar, though, but never inside the house.
