There are six levels of the test, right? I was thinking about taking the level 3 test, myself. If you want to take level 2, then perhaps we could study together. |

Yes, there are. I'm aiming for level 2 - though I have a feeling listening will screw me over for that. |

I am pretty sure I would not be able to pass level 3, so I won't do it in September, but I'd still be interested in joining a study group. I am fairly confident that I could pass level 2 but not level 3. |

I'd be interested T-J. I'm fairly confident on being able to achieve level 2 - level 3 is a different matter at the moment. If you have people in your group who are aiming to sit the lower level test, then please drop me a PM. |

Hey guys,
I don't think there's a "level 2" test, or a "level 3" test anymore.
I'm pretty sure the six levels have been combined into three tests:
Level 1 and 2
Level 3 and 4
Level 5 and 6
(Sorry if you already knew that) |

joe boxer,
it's possible i'm mistaken, but i believe that 1 and 2 is the same test, but your score determines whether you pass which level (this applies to the rest of the number couplings). so if people on here are saying they're hoping to pass 2, it means that they're hoping to get a specific score on the basic or beginner test that will qualify them that point. |

We meet for an hour and a half. We have not been studying specifically for the TOPIK to this point, just general study. With the test coming though our focus is going to change to test prep.

Although I've never sat for the test, I've gone through many practice tests that are available online. I'm somewhere between level four and five. That being said, the test is cheap and I would like to just sit in on it from the beginning and work my way up through the levels, so I will be taking the beginner test. All levels are welcome.

Thanks, T-J. In that case, maybe I will join you guys. Either general Korean study or test prep is all good for me.
When is the registration deadline by the way? |
