Osama is not hiding out in a cave? So the leading American generals and intelligence officers are all ignorant? Since you know better, when are you applying for the National Security Director position?
BTW, nothing wrong with living in a cave. I did it for a weekend when I went camping.
And if you still don't know who funded, organized, and equipped Al-Qaeda, go back a page or two. And pay more attention in the future. |

Yeah man, they are in caves. It's not what you said it's what you implied. Al-Qaeda may have received funds from the C.I.A, but that is not where they receive most of their money. They are a very different group than the Mujahideen. Do you have any proof for what you claim? Look here if you don't believe me.

How I'm I being naive? Bacasper posted a link that claimed to discredit what I said, but the article never mentioned substantive changes by the C.I.A, unless you take Buffy really seriously. Did the C.I.A. aid Al-Qaeda, impossible to say for sure due to the nature of the C.I.A. Is there any proof of it, not that I'm aware of. I don't see why they would either. Wikipedia isn't the best source, but it's quick and easy. I wouldn't use it for a paper, but I believe in this case it's accurate. If it isn't then show me where they gave aid. |
