Hello, I love Dave's ESL forums for all matters relating to teaching and being an upstanding citizen. But if I want to really say or ask some things that may potentially get me banned here, then what forum would be best for that? I doubt you can post it here, so please just message me. Thanks.

what topics do you want to ask?

Youre title says relaxed an open minded questions.

Sounds like a bit of a misnomer.

YOu could always PM the mods and say I am thinking about starting threads about X, and see what they say.

Wrong forum. You want the polite discourse and reasonable discussion forum. Mods, please move this thread.
Oh wait.
There isn't one of those.

Try this one: http://www.asmith123.proboards.com/index.cgi

I don't go there or anything. It's full of complete nutjobs, but you might get a candid answer or two.
