A/C is my second bird. If it broke in my class or house i'd probably shower three times a day. As it stands, once is ok!

I shower at night, that way my moisturiser can sink in as I sleep. Also I'm lazy and every second in bed counts in the morning!

Yes, I have wavy/curly but very fine hair but I only shampoo maybe once or twice a week and do wear it down. You kind of have to gradually reduce the number of times a week you shampoo it. First maybe start shampooing every other day and then cut back from there. Over time, your hair adapts and doesn't get greasy as quickly.

Every morning.

And after any sweaty activity like a hot muggy summer's day outside.

Every Korean I know showers morning & night. Guess you can't really generalize on this sort of stuff.

I shower twice a day most of the time, but 3 times a day in hot weather.
As for hair, I only wash that once or twice a week because my hair never gets greasy.

Wow, I always have "bad hair"... straight but a little kinky/wavy, and always dried/fried, even though I get a lot of haircuts. Maybe I could shampoo/condition less, but my hair is fine and gets greasy easily.

I'm getting an Ehwa salon cut next week, I hope that helps.

When I had long curls, I only shampooed once a week, but rinsed it with water every day. If your hair is curly, you WANT oil in your hair, because it gets dried out too easily. Now, my hair is short, so I can shampoo twice, and even thrice if I've been out around smokers, but I use a very mild shampoo (Johnson's Lavender Baby shampoo) for the most part.

Also, in the winter, use Head and Shoulders once or twice a month. It keeps your scalp from drying out.

Morning showers are mandatory.

May-end of September I shower right before bed, with the airconditioning on full.

Most weeks I'm at the gym at least 4 of 5 weeknights, so I shower before leaving.

I don't necessarily wash my hair before bed, as I don't have the curls NYC gal has.

LOL I said that I only shampoo once or twice a week. I do rinse in water, though.

i shower once a day, at night. sometimes i'd love to shower in the morning, but it would take too long to dry my hair (i'd rather sleep in longer).
