Any in the Seoul area? Around Itewan if you know any place that is worth checking out. I'm looking for the romantic, 3 or 4 people could swim in it kind of thing. Of course, it is really only for two. |

Sounds like you want a jacuzzi in your room. To get something like that you are probably gonna have to pay a decent amount of money. I'm guessing only suites in the 4 and 5 star hotels would have something like that. If you do decided on something like that I would recommend the Ritz Carlton in Kangnam. Really nice hotel and not TOO overpriced for the 5 star category. It's also in a good location. Spent a few days there last Christmas, throughly enjoyed myself. |

Not true, many cheaper hotels have them, including ones in Yeoido. I believe the Lexington Hotel might have it.

I stand corrected. Haven't stayed in may hotels in Korea. When I did it was 4 or 5 star. I'm a bit of a hotel snob I guess. |

My favorite motel for a romantic evening is the Windsor Hotel in Doksan. It's near the Doksan Novotel. Huge bath/jacuzzi, nice beds, huge TV in the bedroom, and another in the bathroom. It's about w70,000 for a night.
Enjoy! |

When I was in Daejeon I stayed at a random love motel one night and had a decent 2 person jacuzzi in the bathroom, I think I only paid 20 or 30 bucks for the night, it was kind of random though, I was there with 3 friends and their rooms (on the same floor) weren't the same. |

Seen plenty of places with a tub for two, never seen a tub for 3-4. |

Check out Lover's Lane in Sinchon (Line #2, Exit 4, make a left at the police station, right at the alley...lit up like Vegas back there). There are dozens of small boutique/love hotels back there with awesome themes and set ups, including beds big enough for...well, use your imagination, and jacuzzis that can fit 3, maybe four people if they're in good shape. The people that is, not the tub.
Most places have photos outside showing the amenities. Expect to pay 50,000/night on the weekdays, up to 80,000 on the weekends.
I think I probably shacked up in 90% of the motels back there between '05-'08. My personal favorite is E'Zen, almost at the end of the lane. I've since calmed down a bit and there have been a lot that have opened since then that might trump it.
Happy hunting. |
