When I was in Thailand there was a bank that used Visa and I want to know if any of the banks in Korea use Visa ( to make purchases in USA)

KB bank offers a VISA which is just a secured bank card, your limt being however much you pony up front as security deposit. It gives you all the benefits without actually giving you credit (as you use your own funds). It's the easiest, quickest option for those working at hagwons.

every bank issues visa cards. visa rules this country.
keb issues credit cards without a deposit.
but even their debit card is linked to visa.

Nyog Hyup does a Visa credit card that has a maximum of a month's salary. You'll have to prove your salary.

Yeah mine too. Mine's racist and Xenophobic. In spite of having a public school job for over 3 years, the jerks (NH) still won't give me a visa. Luckily I have a couple from Canada that I use here.
