I've seen 27 year old females and males that could pass as students if you dressed them in a uniform. Actually a 30 year old male teacher at my school once was mistaken as a student when he transported 3 of his students to an english camp one year. A female teacher asked for his name and grade when he told her that he was their teacher, boy did she go red. |

| I would be the first to acknowledge that Asian women very often look younger than their years, but I remain extremely skeptical that the girl in Madoka's avatar is even 17, never mind 27. |

To me she looks in her early 20's. madoka should post info on the girl in the avatar to confirm her age. |

Not that I think there's anything wrong with fancying young chicks. Far from it. It's the most natural thing in the world. At the same time, though, I think such things are best kept to oneself or between like-minded people rather than the general public |

Realistically I would doubt she will ever be convicted of a crime. My guess is the kid will not press charges, which will weaken the DA's case. Someone also mentioned the double standard. If she were a man, I believe they would have arrested her and filed an extradition order by now. The question is how many victims does she have and how many will come forward? If there is just the one, I believe there's a good chance she'll dodge any criminal conviction. If there is more then one, she is likely in some deep crap. Mind you I say these things not as what I want to happen, but what I think will happen.
I fully believe she should be held accountable for what she's done and be sentenced to jail/prison. Will this happen? I'm very skeptical. |

Yes, that was me, but I also said that there is a good reason for it. If a female teacher has sex with a male student, the likelihood of it being consensual (on the part of the student) is 100%. If a male teacher has sex with a female student, the likelihood of it being consensual (on the part of the student) decreases significantly. This is why male teachers having sex with female students is considered more serious. A male rapist is a danger to society. A woman who has consensual intercourse is not. |

I don't know what the big hubbub is. Sounds like Sergio is obsessed. She's a famous Taiwanese pop singer who was born in 1983. She didn't get famous until her 20s, so no, she is not a middle school girl. |

what is the statute of limitations on things like this? i think the article said he told somebody about it after he graduated. that was almost 2 years ago.
as the law is now, if you ahve sex with someone under 18, it is rape. was he coerced? no. a boy or girl can make rational decisions at 16 and 17. hell, i could drive at 16. they need to blur the line a little more.
she should go to jail because that is what the law says. i do think it should be changed though. but in any case, "nice" |
