How small is too small?
I'm looking at a 10 pyeong (평) place..(it has a BATH TUB!) but I don't know if 10 평 will be super cramped or not. It is 200/28 so I would save an extra 1.45 mil after 12 months living there. The other place I was looking at is 300/30 and is only 8 pyeong.
Can anyone provide insight/input for me?
Thanks! |

My place is 14 pyeong and I'm quite comfortable. I've got room for a super single or double bed, small kitchen table set, , stair stepper (mini), 2 comfy chairs for watching movies, my bike, and assorted appliances. I'd gladly give up 4 pyeong for a bathtub, though! |

1 pyeong (평) is 3.3 square meters (about 33 square feet).
10 py is a room about 15' by 15' (5m * 5m).
8 py is 66 sq.ft. smaller. |
