I just got by this month having spend 150 on... well, everything. A weekend in Jebu-do, day trips out, travel, food, things I don't even need like a new clock and thermometer.

All the more to go towards my trip to 'nam, but man, I couldn't even live off that much in England when I sat in a dark room all month forgetting to eat and needing to pay no bills. Makes no sense.

This country is getting better as the days go by.

Hah, always good to see the naive Noobs on the forum prancing around as if everything's going their way. Wait until reality kicks in, dude, when you realise not everybody is doing everything for you, and they start to take advantage of you.

Then I will welcome you like a brother. Good luck experiencing reality Wink

Obviously I knew a depressive-state-minded person would come along and say pretty much those exact words. I've been here 5 months, and considering almost 100% of it has been awesome, and I leave in 7 months, I don't see why I can't have a right to enjoy life.

Thanks for the input though.

I thought I'd get the obligatory naysayer part out of the way myself, so the veterans can simply read and be happy other people are happy, rather than putting their negative input on the page. That way everybody is happy.

Had no real topic to discuss really but... Where is everyone else going for their vacation? if you have one around now.
