Heard about there being free Korean classes available around Seoul. I live in the Songpa-gu area . So, would like to know if there is something available close to me... cheap or free. Cheers.

The Korea Foundation Cultural Center offers free classes. It's just off of City Hall Station. You have to sign up in advance, take a placement test, and they'll decide which class to put you in based on that test. The next test is next Friday, July 30 at 6:00. I went to sign up for the test two weeks ago and they are very friendly and speak excellent English. The center is very easy to find. There's also a map just in case you need it, but the easiest way is to get off at City Hall Station, exit 9 and go left once you get above ground. Hope to see you next Friday!
