| If its a private uni and they have you enrolled in a private pension plan - which means you probably also are not enrolled in the national pension plan and your losing even more of your potential income - so when you complete your employment with that uni, they will refund your private pension contributions and that also counts as your severance. And, yes, unfortunately it's legal. |

| I don't get a severance, but the perks of the job FAR outweigh that financial compensation. Severance pay is the reward for a year of ambiguity, deskwarming, level test-uh, and all the other little pangs you have to deal with. I surrender that pay for awesome and appreciative coworkers and students, a complete lack of pressure for anything, a whopping vacation, my own office, free gifts, and actual sympathy and time off if and when I have a medical situation that puts me out of work for a day. Of course, that's just me and it probably isn't the same for everyone. |

Does that also include your pick of the slutty girls in your class? or is that sort of thing 'frowned upon' by the admin? |

LOL no, I don't touch ANY of the girls at work, slutty or pure. It's unethical and unprofessional. |
