Comfortable, clean apartment available in Seoul. Possibly available Aug. 10 or 15, definitely available Sept. 1. I'm only giving it up because I'm moving back home.

- 10 min walk from Sinchon station
- Building: three-story brick
- Furnished: comes with a desk, two desk chairs, clean bathroom, bed, a rack for hanging clothes, shelves, a (powerful) two burner stove, a vent hood over the stove, kitchen sink, big fridge
- Four rooms: Kitchen, bathroom, main room, outside porch thing
- Also comes with Internet/TV cables.
- Ondol heated floors
- Washing machine on porch thing.
- 2nd floor.
- Powerful air conditioning
- Lots of sunlight, but comes with black curtain to keep it out when you want
- 5 min from Yonsei Univ main gate (it's quite literally across the street), around the corner and through a tunnel (5 mins) to Sinchon restaurants/bars.
- Close to several supermarkets (Grand Mart, Hyundai)
- A quick cab ride away from Hongdae for nights on the town (3,000 won), or a 15-20 min walk.
- Despite proximity to Yonsei Univ/Sinchon nightlife, I never hear a peep at night. There is a giant berm separating the residential housing from the bars, etc. - hence the tunnel! (which is really cool, by the way)
- Easy commute to Ilsan (35 min ride).
- Rent: 450,000 won per month. Maintenance: 30,000/month. Utilities bill usually around 30,000 per month.
- Key money: 5,000,000 won, unless working for Chungdahm Institute (in which case, we just switch the name).
- Safe to have packages delivered - never had a problem
- Strong steel door with excellent combination lock (no keys to forget! Though it does come with a little electronic key if you don't want to do the combo thing.)

I forgot to mention, it's possible we could strike a deal for all the accoutrements - pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cutting boards, lamps...
