My friend was offered a position at Lingua language Institute located in/near Pyeongcheon, Anyang. Initially, the school offered 2.7 million without housing but then increased it to 3 million without housing and insurance because my friend has several other positions on the table that they are aware of. Today, the director called her again and offered 2.6 million including housing but no insurance or 2.3 million with housing , pension and insurance. The director seems a little desperate for a teacher. And we cannot find any information on the school. So if anyone has any info on this school we would seriously appreciate it if you shared. Additionally, when she went to visit the school last Saturday the director only met with her for only 20 minutes. Since all the other schools that she visited spent more time with her. Also she asked the school to email a copy of the contract but the director will not because its illegal. All the other schools did so when she asked. So that seems a little unprofessional to her. She has another job offer so this is not her only option. And she is currently in Korea.
