Just wondering if you think it's healthy to do cardio outside in Seoul considering how gross the air quality is. |

When I lived in Seoul, I ran ever day. I know the air quality is terrible, but it's better than not doing my roadwork.
I'm in Bundang now, which is better, but I'm sure it's not that much better.
Just do it, man. The pros outwiegh the cons. |

I run outside in Seoul. 6 days a week for more than two years now. But I use to live and run in China, so I really don't think the air in Seoul is so bad. |

Just wondering cause the doctor told me my lung function was 5% less than it was when I first arrived. I don't smoke or anything so the only thing I can attribute that to is the air quality ;/ |

I just check the pollution / yellow dust rating every day. If it is over 100, i dont go and i run stairs inside. If it is under, no problem. |
