I'm also having trouble with Thrunet. Just signed up at my new apt last weekend and now here I am at a pc bang. Guy came and looked atit this morning and said I need to have Windows reinstalled. Okay, I'll do that this weekend, but if I still have trouble at Yahoo or Dave's Cafe - soooo sloooowww - I'm gonner cancel the farking account and go find another company.

Me, too.
Thrunet was crap until about yesterday. Called 'em up and they basicall said, "well, it's not us, so go figure it out for yourself." Sure enough, w/o me doing anything, the problem seems to have cleared up. Glad to hear it's not me and mine.

Well I still can't access any typepad.com or blogs.com web sites... so as far as I am concerned it isn't resolved.

just tried to access a blogs.com site and, sure enough, i can't get anything either. time to get back on the phone...perhaps if we all hassle them enough, they'll do something about it.

Guys, I'm with Thrunet, and though I'm in the boonies, I can access blogs.com no problem, perhaps it's a regional thing?

When I finished my classes this afternoon I had a voice message on my phone from thrunet saying the problem was resolved and if I had any other problems to contact them. I got home and I am having no problems anymore.

yeah, they rang me up, too, notifying me that they'd fixed the blogs.com and typepad problems. to their credit, they've been pretty good at addressing these problems, but only after i was rather short with them when they told me the problem was with my computer.

That's it. End of this month and Thrunet gets the boot! I am tired of their crap service!
