Watch the horrifying police dashboard camera video of an officer tasing then killing a teenager and placing a gun in his pocket after he was dead.

Don't worry, the cop apologists will be here any moment telling us how the kid deserved it. |

"He shoulda stopped when the cop told him." |

1. Perp got caught trespassing in a construction yard at 2 AM.
2. While running from the cops, he hit a curb and got run over by accident. Witnesses say the taser missed.
3. There is NO evidence of a gun being planted. That's the pipe dream of a bunch of paranoid hippies.
4. A police investigation, a judge and the state attorney general found no misconduct. But what do they know? I'm sure a couple of conspiracy quacks on the internet will now claim superior knowledge to those that actually investigated the incident.
That better? |

Yup, it's obvious the kid was asking for it. Thanks madoka for that profound insight.
*sprinkles some crack on kid*
Case closed. |

Sorry if I dont trust fellow cops as reliable witnesses. The cop undoubtedly went into his car, took something out, went down to the body, and didnt have that thing when he got up. What do you think it was? Even if it was the boys gun it was found in his pocket and shouldnt have any bearing. Tasers are meant to be nonlethal self defense weapons. They are not for use on fleeing or noncompliant suspects. But thats how cops use them these days. |

Can you explain this a little better.
Or maybe make it a global law.
I can think of a few other situations when I would want something belonging to me in my pocket to not have any bearing in public or court of law. |

I'll bet the cops were sitting around that evening like "Let's frame someone tonight!" |

If the gun was in the pocket of a fleeing suspect, on a bike, at night, Id think it would be hard for the cop to say he saw a gun and use the gun as a reason as to why he tazed the boy and ran over him in his car. |

Do you think that has never happened; especially when race was involved? |

Ok Conrad, that was a good point you made.
Though was that the reason they gave?
Though if it was, then 'seriously good point".

Clearly 2nd degree murder.
The fascist cop was ranting and screaming in his car. Clearly deranged and unfit for any job.
The cop should be arrested, tried and sentenced to life without parole. |

It wasn't fellow cops; it was bystanders that claimed the taser missed, but that the kid tried to jump a curb, missed, and rolled backwards.
The cop pulled out a grey floppy object from the backseat of his squad car (probably a rag). Anybody familiar with squad cars knows that the backseat is where they keep the people they arrest. Therefore, the normal seats have been removed with solid plastic seats so people can't hide evidence in the car and it's easier to clean vomit/feces/urine/blood. No cop would ever keep a weapon in the back seat. Not only would you be giving a gun to your prisoner, it'd be in plain sight as there aren't any hiding places back there. As further proof, even the guy's mother in her lawsuit does not allege that the gun was planted. The gun planting is merely the fabrication of a bunch of conspiracy hippies looking for issues. |

While I don't think the officers conduct was an example of great policing, after all a kid got run over, I don't think it was some example of police brutality or fascism.
I mean if you run from the cops things can happen. Is it the cops fault if you run from them and as you are looking back you run into a pole?
The object removed from the car was described as "light and floppy" Now, if you can find me one gun that is light and floppy I will give you a reward.
Generally speaking, though there are exceptions, not committing crimes and not running from the police are good strategies to avoid getting stomped/killed by the police. I mean, just going out on a limb there. |

people actually think cops are stupid enough to plant a gun on a corpse in front of car's dashboard camera?
well, the answer is probably. |
