Hmm...suddenly I seem to be getting some hate from an anonymous visitor. I'm going to check about IP's now, but the first two numbers are the same here; is it the same person?

Impossible to say. The person is on the same network. But because Korea is entirely on DSL, which dynamically assigns IP addresses everytime you connect to your internet service provided its impossible to say for sure if its the same guy. Because all he has to do is disconnect and then reconnect to KT or Thrunet or whatever to get a new IP address.
The only way you can find out for sure is to setup a flytrap on your server and tag his ethernet MAC address, which, unless your kung-fu is Gosu, you can't change. But since its your cyworld site, you don't have enough access to set it up.
But then again, doesn't cyworld require you to log-in to leave messages? And all Korean websites require you to enter a national ID number. So its unlikely its the same guy unless he's using a bunch of different people's numbers. |

That's what I suspected...
There are two ways to leave messages on Cyworld; one is by logging in and leaving messages and the other is without. The second way is what people use when they want to be mean, but it's also good for people who haven't become members yet.
There's a way to see who has come into one's site and when, but that's only for those who've logged in.
I could delete the messages as well but that's no fun. |

even if it was exactly the same IP address it could still be different computers. I thought that couldn't happen but it happened to me. |

By the way, whats the full translation of those messages?
I could only make out, "I really hate foreigners"... and if thats the case then I wonder why he referred to foreigners as "saram" instead of "nom". |

Its literal translation would be,
A foreigner with his insides opposing his words outspoken.... I hate him.. I really hate him..
Be watchful with what you say
I hope it makes sense. |

If he hates you so much then why does he go there.
Just don't take the bait, he will tire and move on to troll somewhere else
