� LA Sports Wrist/Ankle Weights � 1 pair. I�m not sure about weight, maybe 1 or 2kg each. Great condition, I only used these once for light exercise in my apt, then totally forgot about them. Super comfortable, covered with a covered with a spongy/foamy material that feels nice. I never used these outdoors/to run and they�ve never been sweated on. I bought these only a few months ago.
