I have my original degrees here in Korea with me. Can I just show the original to immigration, or do I need to submit a copy with an apostille stamp.
If I do, does the Australian embassy in Seoul do this?
Thanks for the help.

this is not going to be very useful, but here's what happened with me:
i very recently sent my degree, without any sort of stamp, to my hagwon here. they took it to immigration etc etc etc, then i was issued the visa issuance number etc etc etc.
i know there are new changes to the process (yet again), but i went through all of this not two months ago, and i didn't need a stamp.
try simply calling the consulate in seoul - i've always found them quite helpful. |

Hi,
You may need to get it done in your hometown or where your degree is from. You could check at the embassy first. Check by phone.
You could probably send it to Australia but you would need to enclose some payment for the fee. When I needed it sent on to Korea it cost me a $36 fee for special postage.
Contact the Department of Foriegn affairs and trade close to your hometown. From the website...
