|
|
Hi,
i'm looking for a goshiwon in seoul. Can people tell me of any locations. Ideally located close to the subway and the more central the better. Yongsan-gu would be nice.
Also, how do you go about paying for one of them, monthly, weekly etc.
Likewise, would a love motel be better for about a 3 week period?
All advice is welcome. |

My sister came and visited me for a couple of months last summer, I made her stay in a goshiwon becuase my one room apartment was just too small.
I called most of the goshiwon's in the Noryangjin area (across the river from yongsan) and they all had about the same price, around 300 if you want to share a bathroom and around 350 to 400 if you want your own bathroom.
I think I ended up paying 360 a month for her, she got her own bathroom and all the ramen and eggs she could eat.
I have no idea about love hotels. |

I've seen a goshiwon/tels near Hyehwa subway station (since there are universities in the area) |

there's a goshitel that advertises in the itaewon subway by one of the exits (forget which one)... think it bills itself as a "guesthouse." |
