| Hi, I'm leaving S. Korea on August 24th and I wanted to close my internet account with C&M but I'm having trouble finding an English speaker. Does anyone know the phone number? |

| Make sure you give them front and back scans of your ARC. I wasn't sure what my co-worker explained to me about this (I dont think she was either to be fair) and i got stung over 200k as a penalty. I did get it back after getting a korean friend to contact them and then faxing - they wouldnt accept emails - the scans, which I had fortunately made and saved on my pc. maybe not an issue if you've closed your bank account and arent coming back, or might not apply in every situation, but worth being aware of. i was home for a few months between finishing teaching and coming back to study hence account was still open, noticed it on my internet banking. |
