While on vacation in the US, I realized that I could not login to my KB account online. When I'm in Korea, I use IE and have had no problems accessing my KB account online. However, since in I'm having trouble using IE in the US (I think I clicked on a message I shouldn't have clicked on, but that's another story.), I have to use Modzilla Foxfire. When I try to log in, it wants to download some plug-ins, but Foxfire can't find it.
The funny thing is that I had downloaded those plug-ins when I was in Korea. Now the plug-ins are missing.
Any suggestions? Any help will be appreciated. |

| You have to use IE as although you might be able to get through some of the login process, there are some things (like Active X) which Firefox cannot use, therefore sure it might look like Firefox is trying to do download and open the page but alas it cannot. My wife uses IE while I use firefox, yet when we do any online I know we have to use IE. Hope this helps. |
