Hey guys,

I left my cell phone in a taxi last weekend. My friend was talking to the taxi driver and he said he had it and would return it. The driver gave my friend his number as my battery was about to run out, but the number he gave was short a digit.

Has any body got any suggestion on how I could contact the taxi firm, I understand that these are private drivers but might be worth a shot. My cell doesn't have a pin code so if he charges it he can contact my friend and also he left me to my apartment so he may return it there but I live quite far out from where he picked me up! Holding on to these threads of hope, so I thought I would start a new thread..

if you are only short 1 digit then just call the number you have plus every number from 1-0 as the last number until you get the right guy
