I saw one last week and was very impressed by his English. Don't know his name, but he's in the first consultation room on the right at the dermatologists on floor 7 of a big building on the Yonsei side of the road from Sinchon to Hongik, at the first westbound bus stop from Hyundai Department Store.

My favourite dermatologist in Chuncheon is in the building just north of M department store, on the 2nd floor. Literally across the parking 'lot' and down the metal stairs. His english is better than his confidence allows, but I saw him monthly for 6 months and had fantastic service the entire time.

On a sidenote: Not sure if you've been in CC long but in case you're looking, the pharmacist at the northwest corner of Myeong Dong speaks fluent English and can answer any questions you have about anything.

I have an awesome dermatologits in bundang...his name is Dr. Kang at Ivy White. Here's their number 031-783-8690. He's only there on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays but give them a call to make sure. I go to see him to get facials done and he's awesome!! if you go there, tell him I sent you....but I can't put my name here (haha) let me know if you go see him.

I'm interested in finding a dermatologist too. Not to sound like an idiot, but can you give me right, left, landmarks? I'm not so good with north/south unless I'm looking at a map and I don't carry a compass with me. Smile

Hmm.......where is M dept store? Razz Is that what's really called or some sort of weird abbreviation? Smile If I come to Chuncheon I usually arrive at the bus station at E-Mart, if that helps Razz

Hahah okay let me try to be more specific

M Department store isn't an abbrev. If you take a taxi, just ask for "M departuhh". It's located right beside dak galbi street, in Myeong Dong, the 'downtown' area on the northwest side of the city. Myeong Dong is the pedestrian street that has McDonalds on it.

You can walk from Emart if you're feeling ambitious, but it's only about a 2500-3000 cab ride.

If you're FACING the front doors of M, turn left and walk to the main road, and then turn right and walk for about 10 seconds. You'll see a doorway under the "Red" sign + hallway with an elevator at the end, with a list of clinics. You can also get into the building by going down the metal stairs into the alleyway directly beside the small parking lot next to M.

Streetview map here: http://local.daum.net/map/index.jsp?wx=660355&wy=1217051&level=5&panoid=18717270&zoom=0&pan=243.3553422079499&tilt=9.859648724542918&poi=false&map_type=TYPE_SKYVIEW&map_hybrid=true&map_attribute=ROADVIEW&screenMode=normal

Hopefully this isn't too convoluted!

Okay, yeah I've been to Myeongdong several times. Tried to do shopping there but I'm not paying 60,000 for a pair of shorts Razz Do I need an appt or can I just walk in? Thinking of going this weekend.
