Seoul Hiking Group is going to Jeju on Aug,28,Sat~29,Sun ~!
to experience of the real fantastic places of natural wonders in Jeju ~!!
This is unique trip organised by Seoul Hiking Group~!
and only costs 175,000won~!
Jeju island has 3 places designated as a Unesco world heritage and beautiful beaches the water can be enough to clear to see the bottom of ocean.most of visitors to Jeju island commonly says "totally doesn't look like a part of korea, looks like somewhere in pacific islands'.
also,the beauty of the island is compared with Hawaii.

The plan is we will take a bus on Friday night,27,Aug as soon as you finish your ordinary work and sleep in the bus as tight as possible. We will arrive at the bottom of the peninsula and take a ferry to Jeju and we will start our expedition~!
This trip would be so productive and much more fun with a group of members..!
[1ST DAY]
5AM
arrive bottom of peninsula
we can find a korean set-meal with several sidedishes or bibimbop restaurant cheap and also perfect for vegetarian.
8AM
take a ferry,enjoy sceneries, it is one of the fastest ferry in Korea and maybe in world also. arrive Jeju 10:20AM
11AM Seongsan il chul bong
we walk up the peak for 30 minutes and also see the beautiful sceneries. and we can see the real women divers who collect and walk a bit mysterious black beach
1PM Man Jang Gul(lava cave and lava pilar)
Actually, it's 8km ond of the longest.they allow to walk 1km.
you'd better wear sneakers.it's a bit cool,really cool.so wear additional layer of cloth.
2PM move to traditional folk village and have lunch
It has almost 200 years history of Jeju and still you can see real house some of residence and we can have the chance the best local food as a lunch
4PM Oedolgae Rock
This place is the one of most popular places in Jeju recently, because it is placed in seashore and beautiful Olle gil,A wellknown tv dramas are taken at this place.
We will walk along the trails around 1~2 hours.
6PM Cheonjeyeon Falls and drop by grocery store
there are huge and beautiful bridge to cross the creek and you can walk to 1st,2nd waterfalls and there is a big grocery store to buy snacks and drinks for the night and next day
8PM check in
BBQ dinner party - we will decide to have a BBQ party with beer on the day or you can find your own meal at restaurants.walk around the beach. It depends on how you guys want to do that...
[2ND DAY]
2nd day schedule depends on your choices.
* hiking team(Warren leads) 4AM
Hal la san - UNESCO world heritage,the highest mountain in Korea.usually takes 8~9 hours.hike paths would be quite well-arranged and no stiff paths.Morning hike would be the best way to enjoy hike in mountain,mother of nature....so excited~!
* scuba team - 11am, instructor comes to pick up.I will join later 1pm Hallasan hike afterwardss
* those who don't want to hike Hal la san, foam a team and
- hike along the [Olle gil - Route 10](our accomodation is just starting placeto the olle gil,you can see crators ,beautiful beach, temple,hills of riding horses)
* other places to go : for fun [love museums] ,[botanic garden] or [submarine park] are reachable with taxi for around 10~20 min,etc

take a bus to ferry
6:10PM
Ferry departs
sunset on a ferry,a beer on the deck would be good.

Based on more than a decade of living on the island I have to agree with the previous poster. The person who put this schedule together apparently knows little, if anything, about the time it takes to travel around Jeju and visit the sites described. |
