I haven't heard of any. But maybe you could start one, that'd be really cool!

Good luck!

Hi,

I'm a member of Seoul Writers Workshop and we are working on getting our poetry workshop up and running properly and also get a poetry slam/open mike night up and running again (as apparently they have been swallowed up by comedy/rap).

If you're interested in getting involved you can join us on Facebook:

http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#!/group.php?gid=9050816829&ref=ts

If you do get a poetry slam organized yourself please let us know and we'll post it for our members.

Thanks

Kat

KH Toastmasters is having a poetry contest on Sept. 28. www.khtoastmasters.com

Toastmasters is a aimed at public speaking as a whole, not poetry, but you may enjoy some of the different clubs in Korea. www.toastmasters.org

Looks interesting. I've heard about toastmasters...seems like another great way to exercise one's ability to SPEAK UP. Cool. Seems to be all roads lead to Seoul. As in everything happens "there". Reminds me of the "Toronto effect". O well!
