I'm still stuck in my student lock, in which it's impossible to sleep before 3am - I've tried. I've derived myself of sleep entirely on Sunday in order to go bed earlier Sunday night. Doesn't work. I either sleep longer hours as a result, or have a nap in the evening and then don't get tired until 3am.
And as a consequence I've been sleeping 5 hour nights this month and waking up knackered. All the alarms in the world it seems cannot prevent me being late.
Maybe it's my diet. Maybe it's the computer. I need to turn the computer off.
It's not my fault, it's yours!
Luckily I'm the favoured foreign teacher so I just have to start ten minutes earlier tomorrow, rather than get 25 minutes of being yelled at and getting on the verge of being fired. But still. |
It's all part of growing up and being responsible. you'll get it someday. 
On a side note, I just took a 20 min power snooze and now am listening to some power music to wake up |
