Anyone else get Trojan alerts from immigration?

It also asks me to install a couple of programs. I hate this stuff.

Anyone else have issues with this?

Which wouldn't be a bad idea!

But back to the OP, I'm not sure whether the ActiveX components that you must download in order to access many Korean sites are actually trojans, but I deal with it by having two Windows installations on my computer: one for dealing with such sites (and also our corporate network, which is run by an IT department with enough paranoia to fill its own conspiracy theory website) and the other for my private use, free of all unnecessary downloads except what I need to use internet banking (which itself is already a lot) and of course, TwinkleLittleStar.

I've been using Firefox and refuse to download any of the programs. The site runs fine without them except for useless pop-ups which come up blank and need to be shut down.

So far I only download what is needed for my banking as well.
