Hey everyone. I am teaching at a kindergarten, and I am running out of ideas for games to play with them. My classes consist of me teaching them flashcards, and then using the new vocabulary to practice generic sentences with a blank space, ie I teach them ten different foods, and then teach them "I like to eat ." The games should revolve around those cards. For example I play a game where I lay the cards out on a table and then from the other side of the room I tell the kids which one to find, and let the run to get their card and see who can return to me first. I would really really appreciate some ideas. As an afterthought I have an open space (large empty room to play in), music, and a far amount of props (mostly toys and costumes.) Thanks a lot. |

Simon Says, but it's probably best for 6 or 7 year olds (K-age, 5 is too young) |
