I have a dog and would like to find a place with a private yard so she can run around. Ideally the price should be in the 1-2mil won range. Anyone know of any good areas to look???

Do you mean 1-2 million won per month? In Seoul? Not gonna happen. Out in the county maybe, buy still pretty unlikely.

I was in a small house with a neglected orchard next to it, great for dog use. It was a Korean town of only 50,000 people and a few hagwons but both they and public schools were always looking for teachers, paying 2.5 mill a month last I checked. My two-bedroom place was 300,000 a month, pretty typical for towns.

Suggestion: Get yourself a car and live in a small town house close to a bigger city.

You could get a nice house on Jeju outside of the main city for that price or less.
I'd agree with the above posters in their suggestion of getting a car and living outside of a bigger city to find a suitable place.

I don't know about a yard, but you can easily find a place with a courtyard in Seoul. I have one, my dog likes to play outside in it, but I only let him when either myself or my landlord is out there to keep an eye on him. I don't trust the people on the first floor to keep the gate closed.

The other option would be a roof top villa

If you mean 1-2 million Won total...no chance in hell

If you mean 1-2 million won per month, not likely in a big city and even so it would required a big key money deposit.

If you want room and a yard, try a rural area for work.
