I would suggest a backup of whatever you have on it that's important to you, and format and reinstall windows.

1) You need to search through the dozen or so threads on this topic in the tech forum.

2) If you don't find the info you are looking for (unlikely), then you need to ask this question again, in the tech forum. Except this time, give some info that actually makes it possible to answer the question. Eg, OS.

Why travel to Yongsan and pay 25,000? If you have a burner in your computer you can download and burn English Windows 7 Ultimate for the price of a blank DVD.

No serial key needed. Activates automatically. Updates fully working.

I got it installed in my neighborhood for 25K. Only problem is it was W7 Ultimate-K. So I had to have a PC with W7-E in front of me to work out how to change it over to English. Other than that it was fine.

Get the guy at Yongsan to install the English language pack for you.

You can install the English Language pack on Windows Home Premium - K using a hack, but as above, its easier to just download Windows 7 Ultimate and reinstall.

I don't see it being a problem pirate-wise. If Microsoft can't be arsed giving the option to change it on any version, why should be have to pay $150 bucks again just to switch it to our preferred language?

It depends on the OS, of which the OP hasn't told us which he has now. I guess you are talking about XP? Actually there is a way, but it's just easier to get a pirated version of W7-Ultimate.
