All I see are fixed gears all over the place.

I saw a shop near Hongdae, but that's about it.

Anybody know any other locations?

I've seen them all online. Pull up naver.com and search for BMX. There'll be a couple of shops to pop up, click on their link, scroll to the bottom, find the phone number, or address if you can read Korean, and there you go. Cheapest BMX I've seen here was 400,000. Most expensive was 2,600,000.
